Our Furniture and Furnishing Framework partner, FRC Group has been working with the housing provider, Thirteen to specify and supply contract furniture and appliances for 12 flats in their new build Homelessness Accommodation.
Thirteen is a landlord and housing developer, managing 34,000 properties from North Tyneside to York, providing good quality homes for rent and sale, supporting those in housing need.
The manager at Thirteen Toni Smith shared her experience of working with our framework supplier “FRC responded quickly and efficiently to our initial enquiry and did a full installation in one day, enabling us to complete the project in a very short time scale which was crucial due to the nature of the project. We were extremely happy with the product choice, installation and delivery."
FRC worked with Thirteen effectively, identifying the exact product requirements that were needed for the properties as well as delivering and fitting the furniture and installing the appliances.
Because of the urgency in housing the new residents, the full installation was completed in one day, enabling residents to move into their new homes quickly. All items were placed in situ, ready for use and packaging removed for recycling so that the properties were ready to occupy.
