Major Projects Framework 2 (MPF2) is a fully compliant framework for all types of construction projects within the UK Public Sector. The £4.2 billion framework is now in its second generation, building upon the success and strengths of the previous framework and provides all types of construction work for a range of sectors from housing, health, transport, education and more.

Since the original launch in 2022, our project construction procurement framework has generated over £300million in social value and has been awarded the Gold Standard by Constructing Excellence.

The framework has been established with three regional lots covering Scotland, England and Wales, and Northern Ireland.

This unique construction procurement framework sets out to be the most socially conscious, greenest, financially robust, and flexible framework available, enabling clients to benefit in all areas of procurement for public sector construction.
