We're delighted to welcome Chloe Laithwaite to Procurement Hub as our new Client Relationship Manager for the Midlands.
Chloe joins the team to support members across the Midlands with their procurement requirements, helping them navigate our framework solutions, manage live projects and achieve successful outcomes. From initial discussions through to project delivery, Chloe will work closely with members to provide expert guidance, practical support and a seamless procurement experience.
To help you get to know Chloe a little better, we asked her a few questions.
What attracted you to Procurement Hub?
Having come from an Account Management role previously, I absolutely love creating long lasting relationships with people in the public sector and with supply chain partners as well.
I think Procurement is such an amazing sector to work in, as not only is it so interesting and exciting, but working within the public sector realm brings to light the most impactful projects that affect our communities not just on a local scale, but nationally too. Procurement Hub does some absolutely amazing work, not to mention its giving back initiatives, and I am very much looking forward to getting stuck in and having a hand in this great organisation!
What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
Not only am I looking forward to strengthening relationships within the Midlands and beyond, but I am looking forward to seeing first-hand the impact the work we do as a team, the work our supply chain partners carry out, and seeing that end to end cycle. It's all very exciting!
How will you be supporting our members?
Within my role as Client Relationship Manager of the Midlands region at Procurement Hub, I will be the main contact for our public sector clients, on hand to understand our clients procurement needs and assist in connecting them to the right solutions at the right time. I am on hand to assist clients with navigating the procurement landscape, for any general queries, all the while ensuring a seamless journey throughout. I want to assist in giving value driven results, all the while making procurement as simple and transparent as possible for our members.
What's one thing members should know about you?
Members can expect transparency, honesty, and a very realistic approach from me. I am a very proactive, solutions-focused person who is very client centred. I want to ensure that both clients and supply chain partners have the most seamless experience with The Procurement Hub and I am excited to build some long-lasting relationships within this role.
Favourite way to spend your free time?
In my free time I love travelling, be that abroad or in my campervan with my two sausage dogs. I also have a broad music taste so going to gigs is also something I like to do. I also love painting, paddleboarding and most recently, gardening!
