Meet Caroline Evans, Our Client Relationship Manager for London & the South of England
We’re excited to welcome Caroline Evans to our Client Relationship team. Caroline will be supporting members across London and the South East of England to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
To help you get to know Caroline, we’ve asked her a few questions.
What’s your role?
As Client Relationship Manager for London and the South East, my role is all about people. I’ll be nurturing our existing relationships, building on the great foundations already in place, and creating new opportunities for organisations to get the most from Procurement Hub.
I’m here to listen and understand what really matters to our clients and connect them with the right procurement solutions and support at the right time.
At its heart, my role is about partnership, making procurement feel straightforward, collaborative and, dare I say it, enjoyable.
What excites you most about your job?
Honestly? The people.
I love meeting a huge mix of clients, suppliers and partners, no two conversations are ever the same, and I learn something new every time. I’m naturally curious, so being in a role where I’m constantly discovering how different organisations operate (and how we can support them better) is genuinely exciting for me.
I’m also really inspired by Procurement Hub’s giving back strategy. The fact that we’re not just talking about value, but actively reinvesting into communities, makes the work feel meaningful, not just transactional.
And finally, the team. The passion, knowledge and energy across Procurement Hub is infectious. Being surrounded by people who really care about what they do makes a huge difference, and makes Mondays a lot easier.
How will you be supporting our members?
By being approachable, open and honest, always.
I want our members to see me as a trusted partner and a friendly face they can pick up the phone to. Whether it’s exploring a new opportunity, navigating a framework, or simply sense-checking an idea, I’m here to listen first and then help find the right route forward.
I’ll be proactive in keeping conversations going, making sure members feel informed, supported and confident in how they’re using Procurement Hub. No jargon overload, no unnecessary complexity, just clear guidance and genuine collaboration.
At the heart of it, my role is to make things easier. If our members feel supported, understood and well looked after, then I’m doing my job properly.
What’s one thing members should know about you?
I have two young daughters, so multitasking is very much my default setting. If you can negotiate toddler logic before 8am, you can handle most things the working day throws at you!
I’m also a keen marathon runner, which probably tells you two things: I like a challenge, and I’m in it for the long haul. I bring that same mindset to my work — steady, committed and focused on building strong, lasting relationships.
Favourite way to unwind?
By the end of the week, you’ll usually find me on the sofa with a good film or series and something sweet within reach. My daughter is very into musicals so popcorn and movie nights are a treat for all.
If I need to properly reset, though, I’ll head out for a run. There’s something about fresh air and a clear head that works every time.
You can always count on me for...
Finding a solution, and keeping things positive while we do it.
I like to problem solve, so if something feels complicated or stuck, I’ll roll up my sleeves and help work through it. You can also count on me for honesty and a listening ear. Sometimes the most useful starting point is simply having someone properly hear what’s going on.
And even when things are busy, I like to keep the tone light. Procurement doesn’t have to feel heavy, we can tackle challenges and still enjoy the process.
We’re thrilled to have Caroline on board and look forward to the difference she’ll make for our members in London and the South of England.
